Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, though with a stunning view overlooking the ocean on the 12th floor, lacked basic amenities like a bathroom counter. Unfortunately, the evening noise levels could be bothersome, exacerbated by an unsettling incident nearby. Nonetheless, the location across from Kuhio Beach was excellent, providing a great escape from the crowd and offering nightly entertainment and delicious food and cocktails. However, the dining experience was marred by a poorly presented cafe downstairs, and the restaurant area was inadequately set up, forcing many guests to settle for poolside lounges. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly and offered various services like car hire and tours, enhancing the overall experience.
The hotel offers clean, spacious rooms with plenty of amenities, comfortable beds, and heavenly bed linen, alongside friendly service. The location provides easy beach access and stunning views but might lack certain facilities. The dining experience falls short despite adequate options.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were super clean, with comfortable beds and really nice pillows, which was great to show my boys on their first day/night in Hawaii. However, there was a loud industrial air con system located in the neighboring building. The hotel overall felt a little dirty, old, and a bit tired.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room had a PS4, which was a nice touch to relax and save money during my 5 days stay. However, upon check-in, it was messy with hangers and items strewn around, and the overall look was a bit tired and worn down.
The hotel is in a great position, ideal for those wanting to enjoy Waikiki's nightlife. The rooms, though in need of a new mattress, were kept spotless every day by Nora, making them quite spacious. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness stood out, and the beach across the road was a nice touch. Watch out for the resort fee, though.
I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The rooms offered a perfect view of the surroundings, but they looked a bit dated and needed some care. The size was smaller than expected, prompting me to upgrade to a suite with a king bed, which had a partial ocean view.
I found the hotel to be a bit of a mixed experience. The rooms were much smaller than expected, and the bathroom felt outdated. However, having a TV, PS3, and free DVD rentals was a nice bonus. The location was very good, right across from Waikiki Beach but slightly away from the main shopping areas. Although the dining options were no longer complimentary, the presence of local pastries was a nice touch. Overall, I would caution against booking through this hotel again due to the room size disappointment.
Although the room was smaller than expected based on the online photos, the hotel offered a pretty good experience overall. The view from the hotel was beautiful, and amenities like a couch, TV, PS3, and free DVD rentals added to the stay. However, the cleanliness could be improved, and one of the rooms had an unpleasant odor. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hawaii.
The hotel is perfectly situated at the quieter end of Waikiki, offering a great location for those who appreciate a more laid-back environment. The rooms are a bit small and dated, but the free upgrade to a Junior Suite was a pleasant surprise. However, the presence of animals in the room was an unfortunate recurring issue.
The hotel offers a quiet stay with limited views of Kapiolani Park and Diamond Head, with clean but slightly outdated rooms. The housekeeping service visits every other day. The small size of the rooms could be a downside, especially with the older bathroom design.
The hotel is in a prime location just across the beautiful Waikiki beach, offering convenience for exploring the area. The rooms have a lovely view over the beach from a small balcony, but are in need of a makeover. The dining options are very basic and could be improved, but the service is accommodating and helpful.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room I stayed in was a disabled room, which had no countertop in the bathroom and a musty smell, but it did offer a partial view of the beach. The location was excellent, right across the road from Waikiki Beach, but the place badly needs a remodel and was a bit musty overall.
